5-1202.   Permit standards.
A permit for the operation of such business shall be issued by the Board of Commissioners if the following standards by the applicant are met:
   A.   An applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
   B.   An applicant must be a citizen of the State of Tennessee.
   C.   An applicant must not have been convicted of any laws of the State of Tennessee, or any other state, or the United States Government prohibiting the possession, sale, manufacture, or transportation of firearms, or any felony of any classification, within the past ten (10) years.
   D.   An applicant may not apply if said applicant has previously held a permit under this chapter that has been revoked or suspended for cause.
   E.   Any partnership, corporation, or any other legal entity shall not qualify unless all members, stockholder, or partners are eligible to receive a permit.
