Pursuant to authority granted by T.C.A. 6-54-501 et seq. and for the purposes of regulating the installation of consumer gas piping and gas appliances, 2012 2018 International Fuel Gas Code is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as a part of this code and shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Gas Code".
