1-1001.   City Judge.
Any City Judge appointed by the Board of Commissioners shall be at least thirty (30) years of age, a resident citizen of Henry County, Tennessee, and a person learned in the law and license to practice law under the statutes of the State of Tennessee (Ord. #603, 01/05/84).
