1-803.   Complaint Policy.
It is the stated policy of the City of Paris that any complaint by any person or persons with regard to any action or conduct by or on the part of any officer or employee of the City of Paris shall be directed to the City Manager or such supervisory personnel as the City Manager may direct. Said action or conduct complained of shall be promptly investigated by the City Manager or such person as he may direct in accordance with the personnel regulations of the City of Paris (Ord. #660, 03/24/87).
