(A) Any person, corporation, partnership, or other entity desiring to set off a blast for any reason in the city shall notify the City Engineer, in writing, prior to the blasting and the notice shall require the following information:
(1) The name, address, and telephone number of person or party doing the blasting;
(2) The name, address, and telephone number of the person or party for whom the blasting is being done;
(3) The date or dates of the blasting;
(4) The hours in which the blasting will be performed; and
(5) The address or location where the blasting will occur.
(B) The notice shall be delivered to the City Engineer, 800 Pleasant Street, Paris, Kentucky 40361, prior to the commencement of any blasting.
