(A) The Kentucky Standards of Safety, as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:040 by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Building, and Construction, on the advice and recommendation of the State Fire Marshal, are hereby adopted by reference, as if fully set out herein.
(B) A copy of the code, and all amendments thereto, are available for inspection at City Hall, 800 Pleasant Street, Paris, Kentucky 40361. Additional copies of the code are available through the Department of Housing, Building and Construction, 1047 U.S. 127 South, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
