The Review Commission shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the Mayor and approved by majority vote of the City Commission. The members shall consist of one (1) real estate agent, one (1) representative of a local lending institution knowledgeable in the financing of residential property, one (1) person whom owns rental property within the city, and two (2) at-large members. Members shall be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and shall have lived within the city for at least one (1) year immediately prior to appointment. The members of the Commission shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties. No officer or employee of the city shall be appointed to the Review Commission.
