§ 71.102 UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION IN INSURANCE AGAINST HAZARDS TO A HOUSING ACCOMMODATION
   It is an unlawful practice for a person in the business of insuring against hazards to refuse to enter into or to discriminate in the terms, conditions, or privileges of a contract of insurance against hazards to a housing accommodation because of the race, color, religion, national origin, disability, or sex of persons owning or residing in or near the housing accommodation.
