§ 50.108 ORDER OF ABATEMENT OF NOISE DISTURBANCE
   In lieu of issuing a citation as provided for in § 50.109, any law enforcement officer may issue an order requiring the immediate abatement of any source of sound alleged to be in violation of §§ 50.102, 50.103, 50.105 through 50.108.
