§ 41.604 PROJECTING SIGNS
   No sign shall project perpendicularly from any building or any other structure so as to overhang the sidewalk or any public street or right-of-way of the city and no horizontal or flush sigh shall overhang the right-of-way or sidewalk more than one (1) foot.
