§ 41.601 POSTING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY FACING PUBLIC AREA PROHIBITED

It shall be unlawful for any person to post any bills, signs, notices, or posters upon any pole, tree, or fence upon any private property fronting a public area within the city without the express consent of the owner or tenant in possession of such property.
