The following specifications outline the minimum standards for materials, installation methods, testing procedures, and inspections required by the city for the construction of streets,, including curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and stormwater drainage. The basic guidelines to be followed shall be the Kentucky Department of Highways’ Standard Specifications, 1994, or later edition. These specifications are in addition to the design requirements for streets in the Bourbon County Joint Planning Commission’s Subdivision Regulations.
