(A) No person shall park any vehicle upon any street where the curb of the sidewalk is painted red or solid yellow.
(B) Wherever the curbing of any sidewalk upon any street in the city is painted with yellow and white stripes, such space is hereby considered as a loading zone for trucks and automobiles (unless designated for trucks only) and no person shall park any vehicle upon any street in the city where such markings have been made designating such spaces as a loading zone for longer than fifteen (15) minutes unless actually loading or unloading, except between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
(C) No person shall park any vehicle upon any street where a white painted line or unpainted area appears parallel to the curbing of the sidewalk, and elsewhere in the city where there are no markings or signs prohibiting parking.
