§ 40.204 PARKING IN COLOR-CODED ZONES
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to park the vehicle upon any street where the curb of the sidewalk is painted solid yellow, provided, however, the operators of motor buses or taxicabs in the city shall be permitted to stop at designated bus stops or taxi stops where the curbing of sidewalks has been painted yellow and where signs have been erected designating such bus stops or taxi stops.
   (B)   Wherever the curbing of any sidewalk upon any street in the city is painted with yellow and white stripes, such space is hereby considered as a loading zone for trucks and automobiles (unless designated for trucks only) and it shall be unlawful for the operator of any passenger vehicle or truck to park the same upon any street in the city where such markings have been made designating such spaces as a loading zone for longer than fifteen (15) minutes unless actually loading or unloading, except between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to park the same upon any street where a white painted line or unpainted area appears parallel to the curbing of the sidewalk, and elsewhere in the city where there are no markings or signs prohibiting parking.
