The following schedule of fines is established for the violations of provisions relating to parking and parked or otherwise nonmoving vehicles, boats, boat trailers, or trailers generally:
For a violation of parking in a disabled persons parking space: $150.00.
For a violation of parking in a fire lane or within ten (10) feet of a fire hydrant: $75.00.
For any other violation of this article: $25.00.
