§ 40.200   LIMITATIONS ON THE MANNER OF PARKING
   When parking any vehicle on any street in the city, all vehicles shall be headed in the direction of traffic, shall be at the curb line, parallel to the edge of the curb and not more than six (6) inches from the curb. On any street in the city where parking lines have been marked, it shall be unlawful to park, stop, or stand any vehicle outside of the parking lines so marked on the street.
