§ 40.200 REGULATIONS
   Stopping, standing, or parking any vehicle in the city shall be in accordance with the following regulations:
   (A)   On any street or streets in the city whereon parking lines have been marked, it shall be unlawful to park, stop, or stand any vehicle outside of the parking lines so marked on the street, and when any vehicle is parked, stopped, or allowed to stand on the street inside of such lines, all vehicles shall be headed in the direction of traffic, shall be at the curb line, parallel to the edge of the curb and not more than six (6) inches from the curb.
   (B)   On all streets in the city not marked or designated by parking lines, it shall be unlawful to stop, park, or allow to stand any vehicle except that the same shall be headed in the direction of traffic, at the curb line, parallel to the edge of the curb and not more than six (6) inches from the curb line.
