§ 24.001 PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN ADOPTED BY REFERENCE
   For the purpose of establishing and maintaining uniform personnel rules and regulations, and pursuant to the authority granted in KRS 83A.070(2), the Personnel Classification and Compensation Plan of May 1, 1976, as amended, is replaced by the Pay Classification (revision 8/14/12), a copy of which is now on file for public inspection with the City Clerk/Treasurer, which is hereby adopted by reference as the Personnel and Pay Classification Plan of the city, which is hereby made a part of the public records of the city to the same effect as though set out in full.
