§ 22.449 STOLEN OR ABANDONED PROPERTY
   It shall be the duty of all officers, upon finding or recovering any abandoned vehicle, stolen property, or abandoned property, to bring such vehicle or property to the police station and place such vehicle or property in the care of the Chief of Police.
