Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon a finding of guilt and/or conviction for a first offense during a permit year will be subject to a fine of $150 plus costs of prosecution. A second violation within the permit year will result in fines as allowed by the city ordinances plus costs of prosecution and revocation of the permit for the remainder of that permit year.
