§ 76.07 TRAFFIC RULES.
   Every person operating a golf cart, pursuant to an approved permit, on city streets has all of the rights and duties applicable to a driver of any other vehicle pursuant to the Illinois Vehicle Code except those provisions which cannot reasonably be applied to golf carts.
