§ 71.102  APPLICATION OF TRAFFIC LAWS.
   Every person riding a low-speed electric or low-speed gas bicycle upon a roadway within the city shall be subject to all the laws of this state and this code applicable to low-speed electric or low-speed gas bicycles.
