§ 159.069  BLOCKS; LAYOUT.
   (A)   No block shall be longer than 1,200 feet.  Where blocks are over 750 feet in length, a crosswalk with a right-of-way of at least 10 feet in width may be required near the center of the block.
   (B)   Courts, dead-end streets, or other street space may be provided if proper access is given to all lots from a dedicated street or court.  All dead-end streets shall terminate in a dedicated street space having a minimum radius of 50 feet, or other satisfactory arrangement for turning of vehicles.  Dead-end streets shall not exceed 750 feet in length.
   (C)   It shall be the responsibility of the developer to erect a street identification sign at each corner.
