§ 159.067  STREET AND ALLEY WIDTHS.
   (A)   The widths and locations of major streets shall conform to the widths and locations of the streets designated on the major street plan.
   (B)   The minimum width for minor streets shall be 60 feet, except that in cases where the topography or special conditions make a street of less width more suitable, the Plan Commission may waive the width requirements.  When a street adjoins unsubdivided property, a half street at least 30 feet in width shall be dedicated; and whenever the property being subdivided adjoins a half street, the remainder of the street shall be dedicated.
