Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Plan Commission and the City Council, the subdivider shall install the required improvements or furnish a bond for the installation, all in accordance with the requirements of §§ 159.085et seq. of this code. Upon approval of the improvements or arrangements therefor, the final plat shall be submitted in accordance with the provisions and requirements of §§ 159.050et seq.
