§ 133.23  THROWING MISSILES; DANGEROUS OBJECTS ON STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful to cast, throw, or propel any missile on any street, alley, or other public place; and it shall be unlawful to throw or deposit any glass, nails, tacks, or other similar articles on any street, sidewalk, alley, or other public place in the city.
