§ 131.39 PARENTAL LIABILITY.
   (A)   Violations a misdemeanor. It is the city’s intent that all acts of graffiti vandalism occurring within the city shall be prosecuted as misdemeanors pursuant to this subchapter.
   (B)   Parental liability. Any parent or legal guardian having custody and control of a minor who violates any provision of this subchapter shall be personally liable for any and all costs to the city or to any person or business, incurred in connection with the removal of graffiti caused by conduct of that minor, and for all attorney’s fees and court costs incurred in connection with the civil prosecution of any claim for damages or reimbursement not to exceed $1,000 for each violation by the minor.
