§ 120.02 RAFFLE LICENSES.
   (A)   Eligibility for license. Licenses shall be issued only to bona fide religious, charitable, labor, fraternal, educational, or veteran’s organizations that operate without profit to their members.
   (B)   Duration of license. Licenses shall permit the applicant to issue or sell raffle chances at any time during the effective period of the license. All licenses authorized under this subchapter shall be effective for a period of not more than 1 year.
   (C)   Maximum value of prizes. The maximum aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded by a licensee in a single license period shall not exceed $1,000,000.
