§ 119.149 EXIT REQUIREMENTS.

It shall be unlawful to conduct a public skating rink in any hall or building which is not equipped with sufficient and adequate exits; and no hall or building which is not provided with at least 2 exits of 4 feet or more in width shall be used for this purpose.
