§ 119.086  USE FOR GAMBLING PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to permit any device licensed pursuant to this subchapter to be used for any form of gambling or to allow any person operating a licensed device to receive money or prizes as a result of the operation of the device.
   (B)   The above prohibition shall not apply to any gambling device, device or gaming event for which a  license or permit has been issued by the Illinois Gaming Board, pursuant to the Illinois Video Gaming Act (ILCS Chapter 230, Act 40, § 1 et seq.) so long as such gambling device, device or gaming event is conducted in compliance with all requirements of said Act and all the rules and regulations of the Illinois Gaming Board.
