§ 119.082  LICENSE FEES; TERMS; EXCEPTION.
   (A)   For each device operated or set up for operation as herein defined, a license fee of $25 per year shall be required; except that an annual fee for shuffleboards shall be $10; and except for fees for coin-operated video games as hereinafter provided.
   (B)   The fees herein required shall be paid in advance, and no license shall be issued hereunder for less than 1 year.  All existing licenses shall be renewed as of January 1 of each calendar year for a period of 1 year; any license which was issued for the first time during the previous calendar year shall receive a credit on the annual fee equal to the prorated amount of the previous fee which has not been used.  In no case shall any portion of a license fee be repaid to the licensee.
