§ 119.013 PREMISES MUST CONFORM TO LAWS.

It shall be unlawful to operate or permit the operation of any amusement licensed in this chapter unless the premises in which an amusement is operated or permitted to be operated conforms with all the provisions or requirements in this code relating to public buildings and public gatherings.
