§ 118.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter and §§ 118.25et seq., the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TAXICAB.  Includes any vehicle used to carry passengers for hire but not operating a fixed route.
