§ 117.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any telecommunications provider who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 117.01et seq. of this code shall be subject to fine in accordance with the general penalty provisions in § 10.99 of this code.
