§ 98.29  DANGEROUS DOGS AT LARGE OR BITING DOGS A NUISANCE.
   Any dangerous, fierce, or vicious dog running at large in any place within the city, whether upon private premises or not, and any dog which unduly disturbs the quiet and peace of any person or neighborhood within the city, or any dog that shall bite any person or injure any person, shall be declared a nuisance and that dog shall be taken up and impounded in the manner provided in this subchapter.
