§ 98.09 KEEPING LIVESTOCK; LOCATION RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   From and after the date of adoption of this code, it shall be unlawful to keep any livestock or poultry anywhere in the city for more than 72 hours, except in an enclosure which is at least 300 feet away from any school, church or public building or any residence other than the residence of the owner of the livestock or poultry, unless the particular livestock or poultry was located in a place contrary to this section prior to the adoption of this code in 1960.
   (B)   No new or replacement livestock or poultry may be brought to a livestock or poultry enclosure which does not conform to the provisions of the preceding division which existed prior to the adoption of this code.
