§ 98.07 DISEASED ANIMALS RESTRICTED; HEALTH OFFICER DUTIES.
   (A)   No domestic animals afflicted with a contagious disease or an infectious disease shall be allowed to run at large, or to be exposed in any public place whereby the health of human or beast may be affected; nor shall such diseased animals be shipped or removed from the premises of the owner thereof, except under the supervision of the Health Officer.
   (B)   The Health Officer shall secure the disposition of any diseased animals and treatment of the affected premises so as to prevent the communication or spread of contagion or infection, except in cases where the State Department of Agriculture is empowered to act.
