§ 97.002  EX OFFICIO MEMBERS.
   In addition to the 9 members of the Park Board, the Mayor, and 1 Commissioner to be appointed by the Mayor, shall be ex officio members of the Park Board, and shall have the power to vote on questions before the Board.
