The Superintendent of Streets shall be charged with the duty of keeping the streets and alleys clean, free from obstruction, and in good repair. He or she shall see that all street drains are free and unobstructed, oversee traffic maintenance operations and park maintenance operations. He or she shall perform other duties as may be required by the City Council.
