§ 94.09 PROTECTING TREES FROM GAS LEAKS.

Any person or company maintaining any gas pipe in the city shall, in the absence of a provision in the franchise concerning the subject, keep these pipes free from leaks so that no injury shall be done to any trees or shrubs.
