§ 94.03  REMOVAL OF STREET TREES; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful to remove or cut down any tree or shrub or portion thereof in any street, parkway, or other public place without having first secured a permit therefor.  Applications for permits shall be made to the City Clerk and shall be referred by him or her to the City Council before permission shall be granted.
