§ 91.073  DURATION OF SUSPENSION.
   Any suspension ordered under this chapter shall remain in effect until the permittee submits evidence to the communications department to show that the conditions giving rise to the suspension have been corrected.  Evidence of correction may include servicing or replacement of components, training of personnel, or other applicable actions.  Upon proof that the conditions giving rise to the suspension have been corrected, the permit shall be reinstated.  A refusal to reinstate shall be appealable in the same manner and in the same times as a suspension or a refusal to issue a permit.
