The following shall constitute grounds for suspension:
(A) The violation of any of the provisions of this chapter;
(B) The failure to comply with any applicable law or ordinance;
(C) When an alarm system activates more than the following number of false alarms:
(1) Three within any 30-day period;
(2) Five within any 90-day period; or
(3) Six within any 180-day period.
(D) When the applicant or permittee, or his or her employee or agent, has knowingly made any false, misleading, or fraudulent statement of a material fact in the application for a permit or in any report or record related to the alarm system; or
(E) Immediately following an alarm activation, where the alarm system permittee or his or her designated representative fails to respond within 1 hour to a request for access to the protected premises, upon request to do so by a city police officer or public safety dispatcher when a response is necessary to ensure the security of the premises or persons where the system is installed.
