Applications for an alarm permit shall be filed with the communications department on forms provided by the communications department, and the applicant shall at that time pay the appropriate fee established by resolution of the City Council. The application shall be signed and verified by the applicant and shall contain such information as may be deemed necessary by the communications director. Permits provided for in this chapter shall be issued by the communications department and shall be nontransferable.
