§ 91.042  APPLICATION INVESTIGATION; DENIAL.
   An application for an alarm permit shall be processed in a timely manner.  The permit shall be denied if the alarm system does not comply with standards adopted pursuant to this chapter, or if the applicant has knowingly made any false, misleading, or fraudulent statement of a material fact in the application for permit.
