§ 90.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to penalties as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
