Unless some other speed restriction is established by the posting of speed limit signs under the authority of the City Council, the maximum speed limits for snowmobiles within the corporate limits are as follows:
(A) 30 m.p.h. in any residential or business district;
(B) 15 m.p.h. in any alley; and
(C) 20 m.p.h. while passing through any school zone, properly posted.
