§ 71.090 OPERATING OFFENSES.

It is unlawful for operators of bicycles to ride in the wrong direction of traffic, to fail to observe all traffic signs and signals, to ride in the business area, or to leave bicycles on sidewalks; it is not intended that this enumeration be exclusive.
