§ 71.016 SPEED LIMIT ON VEHICLES WITH SOLID TIRES.

The speed of all vehicles of the second division, as defined by Chapter 625, Act 5, § 5-217, having 2 or more solid tires, shall not exceed 10 miles per hour.
