§ 54.38  LICENSE FEES; PAYMENT.
   An annual license fee, in the amount of $250, payable to the City Clerk in advance, shall be charged for each license. Each applicant shall pay an additional $50 for each additional vehicle used in the collection of refuse, regardless of vehicle size.
