§ 54.06 HAULING; VEHICLE TO BE COVERED.

It shall be unlawful to use any vehicle for hauling garbage or similar refuse in the city unless that portion of the vehicle containing the garbage or refuse is enclosed or completely covered with a tight tarpaulin.
